What this notice covers
This notice covers information you provide through the Lintern Care website, including general enquiries. Recruitment information is covered separately by the applicant privacy notice.
Information we collect
We collect only the contact details and message information needed to respond to an enquiry. A future supported-living callback form will ask only for enough information to arrange a secure conversation and will tell you not to include detailed health or care-plan information.
How we use and protect information
We use enquiry information to respond, route the request to an appropriate authorised person and maintain necessary records. Recruitment and supported-living enquiries are kept in separate systems and access is limited according to role.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only for an approved business, safeguarding or legal purpose and is then securely deleted. We do not place personal information in analytics or notification emails. Service providers may process information only under appropriate instructions and safeguards.
