We support adults aged 18 and over.

We work in Uttlesford, Epping Forest and Harlow.

We support autistic adults.

We support adults with a learning disability.

We support adults living with mental ill health that lasts a long time.

Support can help you live in your own home.

Support can help you take part in community life.

We listen to how you communicate and what matters to you.

We do not support children.

We do not provide accommodation or run a care home.

We are not a hospital, crisis service or Mental Health Act detention service.

If we cannot support you safely, we will say so.
